Keynote & Awards Ceremony

Please join us for what will certainly be an engaging keynote address on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 5:15pm in the Oscar N. Harris Student Union Ballrooms.
The keynote speaker for the 15th Annual Academic Symposium is Dr. Guy Vitaglione, Associate Dean of Campbell Online and Associate Professor of Psychology for Campbell's Adult and Online Education students. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Guilford College, NC and his Master's and Doctorate in Psychology from Kansas State University. His specialization is in social and developmental psychology, and his teaching and research interests include emotions such as empathy and grief, and the social-emotional impact of electronic media on youth and adults. His most recent research project examines college students’ levels of empathy across different schools and geography.
Vitaglione's address is titled "Relationship-Rich Education at Campbell" and shares how campus relationships build a vibrant learning community.
