Research Poster Printing

Please thoroughly review the poster yourself as well as having one of the other authors also review the poster for spelling, grammar, and any other errors before the poster is submitted as this will prevent any duplicate poster printing requests. All poster printing requests MUST be submitted in pdf format otherwise an email will be sent asking you to resubmit your request. The person wanting to have a poster printed will need to fill out the following Wufoo form: https://cuweb.wufoo.com/forms/qeocpi90prx4l5/. Any printing requests should be submitted 2 weeks in advance of the event to provide enough time for the poster to be printed and picked up.

After the Wufoo form has been submitted the following steps will happen:

  1. Dr. Terri Hamrick will review the poster for approval. She is looking for HIPAA/IRB issues, and that the poster is an appropriate subject topic.
  2. Once the poster has been approved an approval email will be sent by Dr. Hamrick to Mrs. Sarah Wade and Ms. Clarissa Angeloff.
  3. The Medical Library Graduate Assistant/Clarissa Angeloff will then print the research poster. Posters will be printed the same day they are approved with the exception of the weekend when the poster will be printed on the following Monday. All posters will be held behind the library desk until the conference participant picks it up.

Any requests for different poster sizes can be sent to Sarah Wade at swade@campbell.edu. Otherwise, all posters will be printed at 36X48 since this is the traditional conference poster size.

Any questions about pick up can be directed to Sarah Wade at swade@campbell.edu. Please watch for an email from medlibraryga@campbell.edu telling you your poster has been printed. Once you have received this email you can pick up your poster at the library desk.

Research posters will not be charged for poster printing; however, any non-research posters will be charged the same price as is charged at Wiggins Memorial Library for poster printing which is $10.
