Title: Vertical Jump Height In a Static Countermovement Jump Versus a Drop Jump In Division I Athletes

This project compared jump heights between a static countermovement jump and a drop jump between division one athletes at Campbell University. A 3D motion capturing system was used to view jump height and the athletes bio-mechanics during the landing and jumping stage of the drop jump.
