Title: Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs: An Underestimated Criminal Element

This presentation will give a brief overview of the world of Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs. I will be discussing the proper identification of the “Big Four” gangs presently at large, their history and hierarchy, different criminal enterprises, and how they differ from other Organized Criminal Elements.
