Title: Solubilizing Nifedipine by Formulating Spray-Dried Solid Dispersions with PEG 1450/HPMCAS-HF

Nifedipine is a crystalline compound that has low solubility and high permeability. PEG 1450 is used to enhance the solubility of Nifedipine by spray drying method. Previously complexes formed with PEG showed recrystallization of drug during storage period. HPMCAS is included to study its effect on solubility and inhibition of crystallization of drug.
