Title: Haitian Communities in Carolina: Occupational Health for Workers in Poultry Factories

In Mount Olive, NC, a Haitian population resides and is employed by poultry plants. This community lacks resources to improve its quality of life. The project was conducted using qualitative analysis to survey the health and legal needs of Haitian poultry workers at their workplace and in their community.
