Title: Exploring the Legal Rights of Suspected Terrorists

With terrorism against the West seeing a dramatic rise, the United States finds itself involved in the prosecution of would-be terrorists. Many argue that those suspected terrorists should not have protected Constitutional rights. Should they have protected legal rights, and do they currently? This presentation seeks to resolve this question.
