The group presentation will focus on the concept of "Narcoterrorism" and how this emerging concept affects the current Homeland Security situation in the United States and abroad. Each individual presenting will focus on a different sector of the concept, and how it affects Drug Trafficking Organizations (DTO), Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTO), and Homeland Security policy and response in the United States.
