Borrée Kwok Academic Symposium Leadership Award
Named for the founding Dean of the Library who organized the Academic Symposium, the Borrée Kwok Academic Symposium Leadership Award honored individuals whose effort and commitment to celebrating student scholarship helped us make the Wiggins Memorial Library Academic Symposium a grand tradition. Campbell University and Wiggins Memorial Library are grateful for the service and support of Borrée Kwok who founded the Symposium and developed this academic opportunity into what it is today.
The award honored individuals who supported the Symposium, whether by leading the event, sponsoring student work, or providing technical support. Awards were selected by the Borrée Kwok Academic Symposium Leadership Award Committee, given to one library staff and one Campbell community recipient each year, and announced at the Symposium’s Closing Award Ceremony. The award was dissolved prior to the 2023 Academic Symposium.
