Conference Room Policy
The Wiggins Library Conference Room is available for use by Campbell University faculty, staff, and University-recognized student groups. The room has a seating capacity of 16 and is equipped with a SMART Board interactive whiteboard, overhead projection, and a dry erase board.
If you wish to reserve the Conference Room, please contact the Research Assistance Desk by phone (ext. 1467) or email (email@example.com). You also may reserve the space online. A valid Campbell ID is needed to complete the Online Reservation Form.
Faculty may reserve the Conference Room at any time during the semester, up to five times per semester per class.
Students may use the Conference Room for university recognized student group meetings only. It is not considered a study room. Reservations are accepted as early as 14 days in advance, but must be made by 9 pm the day before the room is to be used. The room may be reserved for two hours. Upon arrival, have a member of your group come to the Research Assistance Desk to have the room unlocked. Please ask a library staff member to lock the room when you are finished.
